- Relentless change is driven by the need to improve business operations efficiency and escalating compliance / regulatory requirements.
- Critical information is lost, compromised or unused.
- Business functions are jeopardised, profits down and growth restrained because decision makers are often provided with information that is not a true reflection of the organisation’s status.
Scope
But while information architecture within the technology world emphasizes the design of the technology realm, as a librarian, I focus on words, units of sound or their written representation.
