• Reviewed document and records management systems making recommendations for improvements, then managing the implementation of the changes including introducing TRIM as the application to control and track both electronic and paper documents.
• Organised and managing a team of ten to identify, classify and capture over 3 kilometers of paper based records held at the Airport.
• Established and implemented the information management systems for the sales process transferring ownership of the Airport from the Commonwealth Government to a private consortium - a $5.6 billion transaction.
