  • Conducted a strategic review of the document/records management arrangements with particular focus on electronic formats (TRIM Context), governance and compliance requirements. Outputs in addition to the report included a revised policy, a prototype Business Classification Scheme and a simplified retention schedule to facilitate the recommended action program.
