Information in use, in context
NSW Department of Lands - Integrated Records Management Program
- Developed the IRM Program to scope the business consultation process and associated budget requirements.
- Project managed the upgrade of the related electronic document management/recordkeeping application (TRIM Captura to Context) including
addressing the business classification scheme and related configuration issues to extend use of the application to Lands offices throughout NSW.
- Undertook a number of challenging data management activities to improve the quality and reliability of TRIM
especially where the data was provided by other entities following the transfer of functions.
- Aligned the recently developed strategic information architecture (SIA) with the draft disposal authority developed for the Land and Property Division and
concurrently extrapolating disposal authorities for the Crown Lands and Soil Services.
- Established the correspondence management processes required by the Minister and Director General's offices
including introducing electronic document management (TRIM Context).
