ServiceFirst - EDM Change Management, Classification Scheme
- Developed the change management strategy associated with the implementation of Objective 7.5 to enable ServiceFirst's clients to
manage electronic as well as physical document formats. Included assisting clients with process and data transition issues; communications and
training for the initial adopters -the Catchment Management Authorities, Growth Centres Commission and the Hunter Development Corporation.
- Developed business classification schemes (file plans) to extend use of the system through consultation and analysis to reflect the actual operational context
but consistent with State Records compliance requirements. The agencies engaged in this process included the Department of Planning & Infrastructure;
Western Sydney Parklands Trust; ServiceFirst's General Managers and Reform Program; the Enterprise Project Management Office; the Sydney Metropolitan
Development Authority, Office of the Children's Guardian and the Commission for the Children and Young People.
